1. Introduction The aim of this report is to look at Timpson and how the business was formed and how it became a huge success. It will be looking at when the business first started and the entrepreneur who started the business. The report will also analyse what traits the entrepreneur had from the ‘Big Five Personality Traits’. It will also have an overview of the company on what it does and what the mission behind the company is. The sources used in the report as part of the research were the internet, books and YouTube videos. Timpson has a website that has a lot of information about the company, this helped with collecting evidence and income figures about the company and also the history of the company. 2.
